What others see
Your public profile shows your preferred first name, your photo and the details you choose to add, such as languages, work or interests. If you're verified, it shows an "Identity verified" badge.
Others never see your legal last name, email, phone, address, date of birth or your ID. Hosts and guests only get contact details they need after a booking is confirmed.
Edit your profile in Profile → Edit.
Who can see your profile
In Account settings → Privacy, choose:
- Everyone: anyone on Gojo Spot
- Hosts only: hosts you book with (once bookings open)
- Only me: nobody else
You can also choose whether to show read receipts in messages and your city and trip type on reviews.
Your data
In Account settings → Privacy, you can:
- Request a copy of your data: we email it to you within 30 days.
- Deactivate or delete your account.
