Draft. This document is a working draft. It will be reviewed by a lawyer before Gojo Spot takes real bookings or payments.
This policy explains what personal data Gojo Spot collects, why, who we share it with and the choices you have. In short: we collect only what we need to run your account, we never sell your data, and you can ask for a copy or delete your account at any time.
1. Who we are

- To remember your preferences, such as language and currency.
6. Your rights and choices
You can, at any time:
- See and correct your profile and account details in Account settings.

We respond to data and deletion requests within 30 days.
7. How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, settings, photos and other personal data, except anything we must keep by law (for example, records of payments once bookings are available), which we keep only as long as required.
8. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to your account data is limited to you by database rules, and your password is never stored in readable form. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and tell us right away if you think your account has been misused.
9. Ethiopian data protection law
We handle personal data in line with Ethiopia’s Personal Data Protection Proclamation (Proclamation No. 1321/2024) and other applicable Ethiopian law, including your rights to access, correct and delete your data and to object to its use. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at gameplayethopian@gmail.com; you may also contact the relevant Ethiopian data protection authority.
10. Children
Gojo Spot is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top and, for important changes, let you know by email or on the site. Questions? Email us at gameplayethopian@gmail.com.
