Why your exact address is private
Last updated
For stays and monthly rentals, your street, house number and exact pin stay private until a booking is confirmed.
- Guests see your city, sub-city and the area around your place, shown on the map about 500 m from the real spot. It's always the same area for your listing.
- After booking, your guest gets the exact address and directions.
This protects you from people showing up uninvited, and keeps your home safe when it's empty.
For experiences and services where guests come to you, the meeting point is shown, because guests need to find you.
