Photo tips
Last updated
- Light: shoot in the day with curtains open and lights on. Avoid the flash.
- Hold steady: shoot landscape (sideways), at chest height, from a corner to show the whole room.
- Tidy first: make the bed, clear surfaces, hide cables and personal things.
- Show everything guests use: the outside and entrance, the common areas, each bedroom, the bathroom, the kitchen, the view and any special feature.
- Be honest: real, recent photos of the actual place. No filters that change colors, no photos from the internet.
- Order matters: your cover photo is the first thing guests see. Choose your best one, and put the rest in a logical order.
We resize your photos and remove the location data your phone stores in them before they're uploaded.
