Everything for running your place is in your host area. If you have more than one listing, choose one at the top, or look at all of them together.
Calendar and prices
- Calendar: each row is a room type or a home. Drag across nights (or tap the first and last night) to block them, or set a price or minimum stay.
- Rates & pricing: change prices night by night or in bulk, and add rules for weekends, seasons, last-minute stays, early bookings and holidays. A price you set for a night beats any rule.
Rooms and housekeeping
Add your real rooms in Rooms, for example "101-120" on floor 1. A room marked out of order stops being available until its end date. In Housekeeping, tap to move a room from dirty to clean to inspected.
Today and reservations
Today shows who's arriving, leaving and staying. Guests can't book yet, so these pages stay empty until bookings open.
Your team
In Team, invite people by email. They log in with that address and see only what their role allows:
- Manager: everything except the team.
- Front desk: today, reservations, guests and the calendar.
- Housekeeping: rooms and housekeeping.
- Viewer: can look but not change anything, and can't see earnings.
