Listing a monthly rental

A Rent listing is a home for monthly tenants.
- Type and location: apartment, condominium, house, villa, a room in a shared home or a studio. The exact address stays private until you agree on a viewing or a booking.
- The home: bedrooms, bathrooms, size, floor, whether it's furnished, and parking.
- Amenities, photos and description: at least 5 photos.
- Rent and terms: monthly rent in birr, the deposit (months of rent or a fixed amount), months paid in advance, the minimum contract and when it's available.
- Utilities: for electricity, water and internet, say whether they're included, paid by the tenant or shared.
- Who can rent: singles, families, students or foreigners, and whether pets are welcome. Tenants can request a viewing; booking a visit time is coming soon.
